The Chapeaudières Dovecote
A romantic break surrounded by nature and heritage,
in a setting steeped in history.
THE PROPERTY
Treat yourself to a timeless escape in an authentic 18th-century dovecote,
in the heart of the countryside.
Completely renovated between 2025 and 2026, Le Pigeonnier was conceived by Marine and Alexandre
as a place where history, heritage and the good life come together.
Committed to preserving the spirit of this historic building, we have chosen to retain its architectural features and authentic character, whilst carrying out a meticulous renovation and providing facilities designed with your well-being in mind.
Every detail has been carefully considered to offer you a unique, intimate and luxury experience, in a place where people come as much to reconnect with one another as to discover a distinctive heritage.

THE RESIDENCE
The Dovecote
A 20 m² retreat steeped in history, designed for two, where old-world charm blends with modern comfort.
You enter through an elegant glass-roofed porch into a fitted open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a wall-hung toilet. Upstairs, a spiral staircase leads to the bedroom with its original stone alcoves – the ‘boulins’ – remnants of the building’s original purpose.

Well-being
The Private Jacuzzi
A private spa overlooking the fields; the perfect spot to enjoy a hot bath as the sun sets over the valley.
At the rear of the dovecote, a completely private relaxation area:
A hot tub, sun loungers and artificial grass, with panoramic views over the fields and the low-angled light of dusk.
